Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping – Free Standard Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

• Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
• We use reliable couriers (like Royal Mail, Evri, etc.) to deliver your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., adverse weather, postal strikes, or high parcel volumes).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@globalversa.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

Damages In Transit

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@globalversa.co.uk. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
