At Globalversa.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing a straightforward and fair return process. This policy is in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Your Right to Cancel (The “Cooling-Off” Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days.

  • This 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you receive all of the items in your order.
  • You must notify us of your wish to cancel within this 14-day period.
  • After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • With all original tags and labels attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First: To start a return, please contact us at support@globalversa.co.uk. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Instructions: We will reply to your email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as it may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Please email us at support@globalversa.co.uk with your order number and photos of the faulty or damaged item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will cover the return postage costs and offer you a full refund or a replacement.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.
  • The refund will include the cost of the item and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Please note that we do not refund the extra cost if you chose an enhanced delivery service (e.g., next-day delivery).
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Items sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after you receive them (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings).
